Yes, you read the title correctly. The first car to be announced as part of the 2010 Gumball 3000 grid is the Dodge (Viper) SRT-10 of Andrew Brimecome, a 2009 veteran. Far from being just a standard SRT-10, Andrew’s SRT-10 features over £50,000 worth of modifications making it one of the most powerful cars that Gumball has ever seen.

Gumball HQ has announced the route for the 12th annual Gumball 3000 rally. The Gumball 2010 once again involves flying from one continent to the other with all the cars carried in a huge cargo plane. After an absence of two years the Gumball 3000 returns to Europe and kicks off again in the center of London. After a short European part with stops in Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Stockholm the participants and their rides are flown to Boston.

The 2009 edition of the Gumball 3000 rally is coming closer. The countdown has started and in exactly 55 days the cars will leave the starting point in Los Angelos and drive to the first checkpoint in Las Vegas. 7 days later, May 8th, the participants will reach their final destination Miami. This years edition is back to “basics”, without flying parts and a rally from the West-Coast to the East-Coast of the United States. Gumball HQ made a brochure where we can find the most important details of the route.
