Gumball-3000.com filmed the start of the Gumball 3000 from inside one of the Gumball cars. This is the first video showing the most expensive traffic jam in the world. Jodie Kidd wishing us good luck and a couple kids cheering us on!

Alex Roy reported that 3 of a total of 5 McLaren SLRs have broken down during the European leg with the same alternator problem. This means the McLaren SLR is the most unreliable car of the Gumball rally this year. We hope the drivers are able to arrange alternate transport or get [...]

We just received news that McLaren Mercedes is flying a crew and gear over to thailand to fix the SLRs that had problems with the alternator. And just to insure the other ones are okay the other SLRs will be checked aswell. At the start of the Gumball there were a stunning [...]
