Gerry Goormans and Cis Henderickx are back in Belgium. They both lost their drivers license on the way to the Amsterdam checkpoint. Gerry was stopped in Belgium after he put his foot down on what he thought was a quiet piece of highway, little did he know that there was a radar and a police car waiting for him.
After they were fined and Gerry handed over his license to the police Cis took over the wheel and continued into the Netherlands but not long after he got pulled over for driving the Lamborghini in 3rd gear… which equals about 177 km/h… And he also had to hand over his license. With two drivers without a license this years rally ended there for the Belgian team. The cops were really friendly and loved the Lamborghini, they took loads of pictures and even helped them sort transport for them and the car back to Belgium.
