Gumball 2010: First Gumball 3000 Bugatti Veyron spotted?

Rumour has it this is the first Bugatti Veyron sighted that will take part in this years Gumball 3000. As you can see in the video below, it has plates from the state of Texas and it was sighted in front of the Dorchester hotel in London.
