Gumball 3000 Pictures

Further photos from today’s start to the Gumball 3000 Rally at Covent Garden, London.
With the cars out on public display GT-Spirit friend ‘Stonhold’ took more pictures of some of the sights on show.
Numerous veterans where seen mingling, some in Team Polizei jackets…..

Today the Gumballers are driving from London to Paris. The first cars arriving in Calais some minutes ago were a Betsafe Skoda, Maybach, Ferrari 458, Gallardo LP-560 and the orange BMW M3 GTS. The Gumball-3000.com crew is now heading with Gumballers towards Paris!

Today the Gumball 3000 Rally 2011 starts at Covent Garden in the center of London. Last night and this morning the Gumball 3000 crew drove all cars out to the public display at Covent Garden. We have gathered a few pictures we received from fans and drivers that have been there already! The flag drops at 12am sharp and then the Gumballers are off to Paris. From London they follow their individual satnavs to the channel tunnel, where the train will take them to mainland Europe. In France again the Gumballers follow their satnav to the Westin hotel in Paris. Most likely route is via Arras over the A26 and A1.

Last monday the Gumball 3000 had a stop at Anderstorp Scandinavian Raceway in Sweden. Our member Coffe posted some amazing pics from the Gumballers at the race track in our Gumball 2010 forum!
