The big day is here, Gumball 2007 is about to kick off at Pall Mall in the center of London. All Gumballers are making their way to the garage to get ready and prepare for the time of their life. Around 12 the cars will head for Pall Mall, the start is at 4pm. We just took some pictures of the latest Gumball fashion: Alex Roy as full blood Italian police officer, Uno Gomes with his Big Game Porsche 997 Turbo (Rumour has it is entirely made of the results of his last Big Game Hunting trip to South Africa…), a chrome Gallardo and big black rims.

Tonight the Gumball 3000 kicked off with the start party in Trocadero! The party was at the top two floors of this huge building in central London. Among the party people were Caprice, Xzibit and Jay Kay. In front of Trocadero was a display of Max’ Jaguar XJ 220, a Pagani Zonda and a Spyker C8 Lavoilette. Inside there was a Jaguar E-type and the Irish A1 GP car with Jason Plato’s name on it, we also saw Jason briefly before heading down to the crowded VIP area. Throughout the venue were big screens showing the 3000 Miles Gumball movie of 2006. Now the long wait till the start of the 2007 Gumball rally is almost over!

Today most Gumballers arrived in London and their cars got stickered in the garage. We must say we are impressed by the kind of cars Gumball got to the start this year. Ranging from a Ferrari Enzo to a Mansory tuned Bentleys, we’ll let the pictures do the talking!

A couple more cars arrived this morning, among them a Bugatti Veyron and a McLaren SLR 722, both belonging to Gumball veteran Oliver Morley. It seems Gumball is aiming for Noah’s Arch this year, all good cars came in pairs. Another Mercedes AMG CLK-DTM arrived this morning. This one is tuned by Carlsson and has a white Carlsson tuned Mercedes as support car. We also found that Team Rainbowdiablo is back with a Murcielago this time. They did Gumball 2005 in a Diablo in rainbow livery. Other newly arrived cars included a Mercedes CLS with bodykit, a Spanish Porsche Turbo who also did Gumball 2005, a range of Adidas cars (see pictures below). We found out Max bought a Jaguar XJ220 for this rally, just like his wife’s Range Rover the car is wrapped Adidas style. Stay tuned for more!
