Today the Gumball 3000 Rally 2011 starts at Covent Garden in the center of London. Last night and this morning the Gumball 3000 crew drove all cars out to the public display at Covent Garden. We have gathered a few pictures we received from fans and drivers that have been there already! The flag drops at 12am sharp and then the Gumballers are off to Paris. From London they follow their individual satnavs to the channel tunnel, where the train will take them to mainland Europe. In France again the Gumballers follow their satnav to the Westin hotel in Paris. Most likely route is via Arras over the A26 and A1.

One day to go! Most of the Gumball 3000 cars have been stickered and tomorrow morning all the cars will be displayed at Covent Garden before the flag drops at 12am. Then the Gumballers are off for the 13th annual Gumball 3000 this year from London to Istanbul. In the garage we’ve seen a range of supercars from the Aston Martin One-77 and Bugatti Veyron to Ferrari 599 GTO’s, Lamborghini Murcielago’s and two Maybachs and Rolls-Royces.

Today the Aston Martin One-77 of team Kevin and Massimo arrived at the Trafalgar Hilton under large public attention! Shmee150 was there for us to shoot the following video of 1 of only 77 One-77’s that Aston Martin will produce. The wrap is subject to a lot of discussion, what do you think? Hot or not?

Here are some more videos by Shmee150/GTspirit.com from the Gumball 3000 cars that are in London for the start of the 2011 Rally. Today the drivers are registering at the Trafalgar Square Hilton hotel while their supercars are getting stickered. Tonight is the official start party at London’s new Playboy club and tomorrow from 9am until the start around 12am the cars will be on display at Covent Garden in the center of London.
